MBA is expensive. nearly 3k for a basic model. SSD model is 5K!!! :bigeyes: Even the Extreme base station is expensive too, the 1TB version.

New features, but with some stuff removed, I still cant accept it.
Looks ugly.

2K and it is acceptable. 3K is out of the question, 15" MBP would be a better buy at that price. Apple screwed up this time.

It is not just the $.
- with that price, better to buy a macbookpro.
- the shape and colour sucks
- no disk drive
- no replaceable battery
- one usb port
- mono speakers
- SSD pricing is ridiculous.

yup, my thoughts exactly. AB would benefit from the weight reduction tho :bsmilie: but he would curse and swear at the lack of additional ports. No firewire somemore, how am I going to connect my DVD drive to it. :complain:

They will prob have to come up with MBA2 sometime soon
