I believe in queuing for good food, but if it takes too long then lose interest liao. Having a queue is good, but over doing it will lose business instead.
their never ending 1mth booking list, sure will not be out of business.
I think they are contented to having a small restaurant rather than expanding, where the chef himself can personnally cook each dish for the 20 customers. Maintain their quality & service :thumbsup:
Can't wait to book for dinner next time around. But next month got something else in mind liao :lovegrin:
