But remember don't work as a contract staff, as what I've heard, HP treat contract staff like ****..... (that is only my opinion and heard from friend who is there as contract staff).

I also think so... maybe gotta juz c the terms that they are offering..

Did not see private sector changing yet.

Yesterday news announce 6.5% growth... and advise private organisation to adjust and reward their staff by a comfortable pay rise. So stay tuned.

Wow that's fast.

Nowadays most companies still believe in hiring contract position. Don't they feel the bite already? Contract position are never really benefitting to the company. The very first 2mth, the new report contract staff need time to adapt to the environment which some expert analysed that the contract only contribute 50% of their potential, then at the last 3mth before the contract ends, the staff will only contribute 20-30% of his potential cos he is worrying about job continuity or looking for a new job somewhere.

So imagine that, a 1yr paid contract staff only really contributing 6mths in the company.
