Ask for 10% pay increment already so difficult and some people just get 33% increment just a blink of an eye.

Then do your work accordingly to the 10%, anything else extra, don't do. Life's like that. Live it dude, I asked for increment upon confirmation, but got it only 9 mths after confirmation and almost everybody else had the same. And work so hard? Bonus only 0.5mths, that's why this year, I relax liao.... hahaha... the sad truth of life.
