Ya, I tried with a full rectangular card, it accepted, think the 'notch' for touching before the reader activates is at the sides where my card is rounded at both sides therefore it doesn't accept it. GRRRRRR. IDIOT!

Wah... VISA platinum leh I don't have loh. :cry: Yesterday after buying the tix then I go and apply HSBC platinum also, lol, at least next time watch movie will have $1 off per tix. Heehee.

No lah no problem, I've been wanting to apply for the HSBC card for some time just to use it to buy movie tix, just finally went to do it yesterday. No issues
