Sigh ... i'm facing the same thing now also. I can't just throw letter and go home shake leg wait for money to fall.
I'm already learning new stuff... just that sometimes its the people ontop which 1 cannot stand. Bad management, bad people planning really makes 1 wanna quit on the spot.
Submitted resume to a few companies already.
