before you start shooting your mouth with your DEEP knowledge of law and start using words in caps with MISREPRESENTATION and PROSECUTION please bear in mind: Every business is out to make money. Even by approaching lawyers, they are also out to make money. Why encourage ppl to start a civil case? Won't it be better if you serve TCW with your own writs of summons? Save the lawyer fees and you get to get back at TCW since they are making profits.

Be happy TCW is willing to honour their claim of 1 year in house warranty. There are many fly by night shops that declare themselves 'closed-down' but just to start another shop using another name to shrug off legal liabilities to honour the in house warranty.

If you think any business are out to do charity for the masses by selling at cost price then i think you're better off in your own lala land and I would definitely want to buy some products from you.

The cost of 1 bowl of mee pok doesn't cost more than 50 cents. Go ahead and flame the uncle.
