Happy man no. 2 here. :lovegrin: Probably one of the best value for money L lens other than the 70-200mm f4L. Think it was named Lens of the year for 2003 or 2004. Sure its useful to have a 2.8, but at almost twice the cost, I think not worth it lar. Like gryphon or CYRN said, most of the time seldom need to shoot at 2.8. Can always use high ISO or flash to compensate.
