yep. 2mths ago when i was looking for it, it was still going for $900+... no grip!. now $700 with grip. blardy good deal. and this is a very very good camera.

After using my friend's Lumix,I think I'm getting one point and shoot also for travelling light use... hehe. Anybody got any idea when is the upcoming computer show??? Lumiz OIS is certainly good!!

Nah, keeping it, will be getting a D70, and resale it near year end with a bang to the D2X, no point buying first few shipments where the prices are still high. My bah zhang still serving me very well.

Actually, I tot there was some discussion on either going to the Zoo or JBP on 26 Feb... dunnoe still on or not... cuz need time to secure discounts on entry fee...

SBG shoot sunbirds too "civilised" loh... have you tried the punggol playground? I can't find it tho :sweat: ... saw plenty of small birds but are unable to get a good shot of them....j/k.

Actually what I have in mind is that someone to go though the basics of long lens photography and (especially) how to find birds and approach birds.... I hope the others have similar thoughts... so, let every one decide loh.
