I was there today to send my camera in for cleaning. They require both warranty card and receipt. If not it will be S$25.00. Job will be done on the spot if the queue isn't long.

Try to find.. Now a days most companies only honor warranty if owner can produce both warranty card and receipt.. warranty is based on purchase date on receipt..

yep yep... my experience also same for canon... no warranty card never mind.. receipt can liao..

the only way is to get the shop re-print the receipt at a later date loh... but it seems this might also got problem as some shops are required to register their sales to the respective distributer :dunno: :think: :think:
