hey guys..do I have to obli to pay if i dont wanna service my lens after the service centre quote me after accessing my lens?

well the story is my tokina lens is experiencing some back focus. I am bringing it down to CP to have them send to tokina customer centre for me. Was wondering is it confirm that I have to service once I send my lens in?

Check with them first before actually sent in for repair ... let say they quote you a repair cost and in the end you do not want to proceed, check whether you need to pay any admin charge??
