There will be fireworks for tonight at 12MN, both at River Hongbao Marina Promenade as well as Chinatown.

For the Chinatown fireworks (which will go off at about 12.15am after the crackers), it will be low-level. But from my last year experience and the opening ceremony on 15th Jan, the sound and excitement is much more deafening due to the buildings and proximity. If you have gone for 20mm live firing, you will know what I mean. But it might not be a good place for photography.

The marina promenade ones should be pretty standard as you would have experienced during SFF 2004.
