I've played with my friend's raynox. and tammie 90....instantly poisoned by the difference..

Raynox is a 'mountable magnifying glass' :bsmilie: but cheap and good at $125. :bsmilie:

Though, the tamron's only $500. :bsmilie:

I can only say it's VERY poisonous.....but I don't shoot macro (at least not yet), so can hold off the temptation for now.....But after one use this 2, they will "suffer" the effect of the poison till they get Tamron...

Even though it's a macro lens, you can also call it the 'portrait macro' why? It makes a very good portrait lens too. :bsmilie: don't need to buy the 85mm anymore. Hehehe

Be warned: Once you try tamron 90, you may(most likely WILL) not be able to turn back....
