I think $30+ should be sufficient. The boat trip would be $2.5 per direction, so both ways total of $5. Bicycle rental is at $8/day, in case anyone wanna rent. The rest of the cash would be spares, for food, snacks, drinks, etc.

Some items you might wanna bring
1) NRIC (Useful in case of emergencies)
2) Water
3) Shoes that protects your feet sufficiently (in case we go "off-road")
4) Insect Repellent
5) Towel / Tissue
6) Extra T-shirt (to change into after the trip)

Please add on if I left out anything.

17-50 is good for ubin. Take scenery, houses, people. Just go, make use of whatever setup you have and learn all you can. You'll be surprised of what you might get
