yup... I agree to the general comments here.. and I don't think it is fair to rate him a bad seller and I see that he has been pretty transparent listing those bids out in that thread. My usual practice is after buyer and seller have agreed on the price and a
place for meeting has been confirmed, backing out will be bad. That is when a good seller shows as he honours his words and reserve that item for you even if a higher bid comes along... Well, that is only me.. and there isn't really a hard and fast rule how this can be done.. However, if the seller has already confirm the location and you are waiting there for hours but he never turn up w/o a reason and, moreover, sold to someone else.. then you have all the rights to rate him -ve... just my 2 cents worth
