I am looking at renting a photography studio in the east. Want to look for a wedding photographer / videographer / MUA / Wedding Dress- gown owner, to co-rent the place with me. Ideal place I looked at was 1200 Sq.Ft. Monthly rental to share is ideally $1200 nett (PER PERSON). want to set up a proper place with back office.
