actuayl hte BEST and value for money BCM is at plaza singapura food court lvl 5, that is before it's being renovated.

for $3.50 u get a big bowl of noodles, at lesat 5 or 6 dumplings, a scallop, misc meats and other stuffs....very worth and very tasty too.

called Da Sheng Noodles...too bad now renovation...donno if htey coming back.
