Because as a male (here in Australia) you don't say, "gee he looks good"......

I think that the 1st photo is great :thumbsup: but did you focus on the glass ? DOF.
I like the DOF but would like a little more sharpness on him also.

#4 is also an "interesting photo"

But, " this is where the ... me man ... not me woman" part comes into it with me; the other shots might be apealing to females but don't artistically grab me.

I hope I am not being harsh here, this is just my view " as a male :bsmilie: "

Haha thanks for the comment. Ya i focus the glass in the 1st photo, DOF.. I think it wouldn't be nice to focus the face and the glass become soft or blur. The soft effect on his face make him blend into the photo, the atmostphere better.

"this is where the... me woman" part comes into me. It is melancholic.. it suits my model, the theme we decide together and the place. Perhaps you would like to see the same series of photos taken by a 'mere male' photographer:

A few photographs with a true subject and creativity. I want to see more of this kind of pictures, they are photographs, they are research, they improve skills and give ideas.

It really changes from the usual cute girl in bikini or the baby of the photographer.
