Hi fibredrive, is located at pandan reservior. There is a stairs nearby the main PUB pump house. Walk up and turn left and go straight until you see the bridge.

I was told by the guard not to take photos of the yacht and advised not to take photo of the Customs but tripod is generally allowed, which was generous compared to Keppel Bay.

If you shoot by the bridge of keppel bay . The guard won't come and disturb you. For Raffles Marina, I was not told cannot shoot the customs point.
