I love shooting strangers under bad weather. And for a while now, I've always wondered how it would be to shoot bad weather at night. I could only imagine how dramatic the shots could be with the combination of heavy rain and the night lights. Just a few nights ago, I've had the chance to do just that.

It's the rainy season.. but don't worry about it. Heavy rains like this is still not as common as it looks. You can still walk around and enjoy the place

Nope, I'm usually soaking wet from waist down after the shoot These heavy rains come in unannounced so I'm never prepared to bring a rain coat along.

Thanks, man... that wa what I was going for. I desaturated it a bit for that film feel.. .plus, the rain definitely helped for the grainy look.

I like your raining night series. Most of the people will not shoot in rainy day. Afraid that your DSLR & lens will be damage if not weather sealed. But you still take the initiative to go out in the rain with a umbrella and shoot people in the rain at night. And the result of the photos turn out to be pretty good. Keep it up!
