contact the seller.
read his response, read in between the lines.
suggest a meet up and COD.
if you do get to meet, do not hand over money yet.
check the camera, switch on, press all the buttons etc.
the seller might meet you without the battery charged, and give the excuse that you didn't tell hm you wanted to test.
so in your correspondence with seller, specify that you will test the camera first before handing over money.
if seller insists that you send money first via western union specifying a foreign address, then its a definite scam.
better yet, bring along a friend with you. preferably one who's muscular. if seller decides to jump you or knife you, it'll be two against one.

with budget flights these days, you don't have to spend a fortune on airfare, and since its malaysia, you can be there and back on the same day.

Unless the seller can meet, u can test the camera and pay on the spot.
