SB600 breaks $300 barrier :)

I just did a check of the prices around the shops here. Some shops sell them at around 340, some at 325 (even grey sets also got 325 >.<), some at 320... and a particular shop has it for 280.. This same shop sells the SB800 for 480.. Have fun asking around for prices. I won't spoil the fun

i actually went to get it.. with people selling their out of warranty sets at around 230-250, at 280 with 1 year warranty, i'd say its a steal

seriously... this is useless unless you reveal the shop, or at least give hints.
There are hundreds of photog shops in town.

wah..., from where? grey or warrantied? i was thinking of asking my friend get from HK since he's there now, and since he's already going to help me buy a 80-200. sb-800 is arnd 450 in HK i think.

Why the secrecy? You are not helping your friends here and the shop there at all.
The shop could have cleared its old stock if you are willing to share.... some weird idea out there i must say.
