Hello there & thanks for your comments.
My settings are f9, 30secs & at ISO 200 at A-mode & using D5100 nikon. Hope this helps.
A must for night photos will be a steady tripod also the best time will be to take during the "blue" period which is about 1930-1945 hrs locally ( which unfortunately it was raining on Saturday).
