Sanyo Xacti?

I'm in Japan now and they're selling the Sanyo Xacti DMX-CG65 at just 38,000 yen.

Interested in getting it, but was wondering if it's available in Singapore at a similar price.
Apparently the menu can be set to English... not too worried about warranty since it's a good price.

do not get this model of camcorder if you are going to pay 485. Unless it is on sale at 300 or less. Reason is, if you top up alittle more, you will be able to get the HD series.

After CG6 models, there have been HD1,HD1A,HD2 and recently HD700 and HD1000 out in the market already.

any idea where would be a good place to buy the HD series ?? I got a quote for a grey set CG65 for $415, is this price ok anyone ?
