Folks yesterday went to best to shop for camcorder was intro by sales as there is a promo. Buy at $999 free 16gb mem stick n sanyo air purifier retail at $699.

I was told tat unless I choose those 1.5k n above camcorder else why pay more for zooming capabilities as this is a 14mp camcorder as mostly is only 3 or 5mp only.

It is waterproof thus not afraid if is raining.

Wondering is this a good steal? And how's this cam?

Is full HD necessary?

The sales says nowadays hardly ppl buy with hdd cos once the hdd spoilt the whole cam can't use anymore. They prefer to go for flashdrive n small n easy to use.

Is that true?

I really know nuts about the vid cam thus not sure what to look out for.

Sanyo's in Singapore is way overpriced!
getting online would be a better choice

I use to have a sanyo camcorder from warehouse123, you can try getting from them, it's going for US$357
