An Intelligent charger is able to charge any capacity of battery.

Sorry forgot to put the place, I got it at Mustafa, they have planty of stock.

I suppose the one you bought from Mustafa are packed with plastic wrapping? I think this is better. AP's doesn't come wrapped, which I bought a few from them, and apparently, those batteries have already been used by them and then they sell to me. Reason of knowing being, I'll test the batteries first before charging, and they are either half or fully charged. My previous purchases of new NiMH batteries from other places are all dead empty...

I'm beginning to lose trust on AP.

Just an update:

Sanyo displayed the 1850mAH batteries at their booth in CommunicAsia2002, Singapore Expo. These look exactly the same as the ones I got from Mustafa, without the Twincell brand.

Yipee....
That means the 1850s are real!

am I too late?
w3cube, the local iriver guys, also selling, bundled with rayovac...

I have a MW4798 and no problem with the Sanyo 1850 mAh battery (not sure about MW4978??) but I think the best is the original Sanyo charger that comes with the 7i, it is small and multi voltage, very good for travel. BTW it is similar to the Olympus quick charger that was top rated some time ago. If you want fast charger the Ray-O-Vac is the one to go for.
