Hi all! I just discovered that my San Disk Ultra II that was a free gift from Canon is spoilt. All my night shots are gone :cry: Can i replace it with a new one? Is there warranty provided? Thanks!
hmm..my gets faulty and generate error message at times too..seems like QC for this card not very good..supposed to have life time warranty but not sure how to go abt to change it..
I have a Ultra II CF card also spolit .....
But the problem is, i din keep the receipt, although lasttime i bought the CF card, they say have 5 years warranty .... what should me do huh ?:bheart:

All you have to do is to go to the US website and request for assistance.
You have to provide the serial number of the card
