that is true with sgcamerastore , the prices they give is usually very good . Expecially if the manager is there , there is always room for neg. Anyway was there , saw they have stock for sony mount like the 19mm , and 30mm sigma . Get it I have this lens before sold it off but missed it so again bought another copy from sgcamerastore as they usually have your.order with a couple of days you wont even have to wait for a week. Most of the times its just 3 days

just came back from sgcamerastore , order my samyang 8mm nex at $380 , cant wait for it to arrived these few days . when i was there i also tried out the new Cine 8mm for canon , i say not too bad for those who is into video

just did so but via ibanking. trust them although this is the 1st time im getting stuff from them. also the price of this lens so tempting lol... hope to receive my sms soon.

Played a while with the Samyang at one of the shop.
Really tempting and it felt solid and nicely built, if compared to my 19mm Sigma
Only the price of $420 quoted by the staff turn me off.
Sgcamerastore quoted me $380, but can only get next week if I paid the deposit....

Oh the f2.8 variant is meant for video the aperture doesn't click I have not tried the f2.8 mine was the f3.5

Crap now I got crossed eyes lolz.... I was thinking of the 14mm samyang that's was optimized for video as the aperture dont click when turn.

just collected my samyang 8mm nex lens from sgcamerastore , dame it was fast and was given the NDP sales price at $330 ( at first was at $380 which i paid for , went down was given the $330 sales price ( a saving of $50 ) was given freebies as well - a set of cleaning kit etc... good service from them .

Yup , i was suprise also , since i already paid $380 already to order , i went down was told of the new NDP prices and gave me back the $50 and also i was given freebies - a set of cleaning kit etc.. good . anyway $330 is a good price + the freebies
