Trip 1 (Sep 2012) Day 7 Kyoto Arashimaya + Kobe

For the morning, I headed for Arashiyama to visit the monkey park.
This would be my 2nd time to Arashiyama.
My 1st trip there was back in Jul 2011 (http://www.clubsnap.com/forums/land-city-scapes-travel/956196-%5Bsam%5Ds-japan-trip-kobe-miyajima-hiroshima-osaka-takayama-kyoto-9.html#post7595327)

After a short visit to Arashiyama (which ended up raining around noon time), I headed for Kobe where I would be staying at a capsule hotel.

183) At Arashiyama....random sights while walking from the train station towards the riverside to get to the monkey park.

225) Finally arrived at Kobe. Before entering the capsule hotel, I had to remove my shoes and place them in shoe lockers like these...

230) The regular capsule bunks, costs around 3800yen per night.

231) Sector for the Deluxe capsule, which is what I booked for myself. Doors are not lockable though. So unless your luggage bag can fit the slim locker for the bags, otherwise you have to put it in your room with unlockable doors. Not an issue for me though, since I left my large luggage bag at my Osaka hotel since I will be heading back that same hotel the following night.

232) My Deluxe capsule room, which comes with the capsule itself + a desktop computer (with internet) for my own use. Costs 4100yen a night.
