Company bought some samsung products and they didn't function properly right out of the box. Took months for them to try to rectify and eventually had to refund us the money. Their level of support is just horrendous and won't be buying any of their stuff for a long time...

my omnia takes 1 minute to load sms inbox and another minute to reply. the touch screen has de-sensitise as well. argh.

why am i not surprise apple is suing samsung.
