For all we know Samsung might sub-out their DSLR repairs to Shriro, considering that there are so many common parts between them.

If Shriro than different story liao cos i find their service is good and the staff Kevin is helpful, really scare if service by their existing repair centre.

I agree. I like the service center service personnel. I had also heard about the situation of Samsung service center.

If Samsung really outsource to Shirro for the servicing, it would be great. Good Marketing (Samsung) + Good servicing standard (Shirro) .
