Samples from F550 EXR is available


I am no expert, but I can understand that they will need days or weeks to monitor this kind of problem to ensure everything is fine before letting customer collect back the camera.
Someone posted something like this in other forum:
U rush them, then they no time to test thoroughly and let u collect back, any problem happen later on, who responsible?
 

Fair enough, however Fujifilm should call up the customer and inform him about the delay.
