Surprised that no one pointed out the two hand operation of the 1 series. Good for preventing accidental changing of settings but a custom function would be good to enable one-hand for maximum flexibility.

Quite difficult to change ISO setting/drive etc when handling the heavy tele lens while keeping eye on the subject. Anyone with any tricks?

Once you remember what the buttons are for, you can do it without looking anyway... ^^

Know the buttons/combinations without looking at them. No problems when working with lighter lenses. But to hold cam body with both hands while balancing a heavy lens has always been a problem - can't really change these settings in 'firing' position.

can lah... believe me it's 100% possible even with big lens on monopod.
