Today went to the race track... did some sport panning.

Nice..... I have never tried shooting sports with the S5 Pro.

The fastest "objects" I have photographed were hyperactive kids running from one end of a function hall to the other end.

thank u.. i am sweating with my other 3 buddies.. 2 using d90(one with a 70-200vr) and 1 using d80 ..... but i manage to get about 3 frames per sec.. using the 80-200.. the focusing it not really that slow..

Was practicing using high shutter then slowing using slower and slower shutter to capture the speed but the bikers all going home liaoz :(

Here's my contribution. Location is Lake Kawaguchi. Started using S5Pro for a month. Shooting in JPEG, have not tried RAW. Previous cam was Nikon D50.

Bro BigBird17,
Beautiful colours. Now I don't know whether to buy S2 Pro or S5 Pro.

:bsmilie::bsmilie: buy what you budget gets you.. i think depends on the location and colors at that moment. I got v flat photos too. in fact i got soem nice landscapes with my old D40x too.. its the moment bro..I did go for s5pro because i probably curse and swear at s2 and s3 speeds. difference in IQi dun think will be much. Ask the rest i am a noob with fuji. this is my first Fuji. Was undeciding between this and D300 but with fuji costing much lesser i bought fuji loh. love the colors too.. hardly need to PS too

i used a CPL for the Angkor wat shot with the 12-24mm tokina & 50mm/1.8 for the Sunset shot!

learn to shoot ONE SHOT ONE KILL. even those F1 photogs do that. feel the timing from when you decides to shoot till the shutter clucking. from there anticipate movements of the particular sports you intent to cover. keep practicing and one day you'll know that it's good to have one shot one kill. imagine 8fps, you'll need to hire someone to sit in front of the screen to decide the best one out of tens of thousands images.

The colour from Fuji is really really beautiful

it is. i love the greens of FUJi that cannot be said for Nikon. Nikon make excellent cameras but i cant stand their greens and red. i think D300 got better thou

Landscape is one of the speciality for S5pro,bro do you set to F2 for this 2 shots.
Btw very Nice picture you got there..cheers!

Wait till you see images taken with the S2 Pro, then you will know there are differences. The colors from the S5 Pro are nowhere near its predecessors.

Even the colour from Fuji S5 is much better than Canon.
I think I should sell away my Canon gears and switch to Fuji.
