Seeing this thread, it really reminds me the days where I used my S2 IS... But Seriously, I have S5 IS for placing their memory card slot on where the batteries are... very gao wei when you remove the memory card from the camera. :(

Hoping next generation SX IS series is better and suit my taste...
Now using a non-Canon superzoom pro-consumer... Not very satified... too pampered by canon.

1 Cropped photo I shot few months back when I am still playing around with my S2 IS:

Valor just taken off but...
"Valor, Tower. CAT 1 warning! RTB now or else...."

my recent shoot @ T3 open house with the S5IS

Thanx! What other filters r u using? Ur pics in flickr looks good.. :)

Thanks for your kind words.

The Hoya +1,+2 and +4 close-up filters set, a very old poralizer filter, a very cheap WA with macro len (seldom use). These are the add-on I currently have.

Most close-up shots in my flickr account are taken with the Hoya close-up filters, with the earlier batches (those red dragonflies, etc) taken with the cheap macro len came with the WA. Most butterflies shots are taken with the S5 alone in full 12X zoom.

Saving up now for a Raynox DCR250 macro len.

Happy shooting.
