You might want to get a small bean bag. You can use it to stabilise the camera on uneven surfaces.

thanks.... i adjusted the flash intensity to -2.... i think the flash didn't capture the stem that's why when i darken the background using picassa, the stem faded away.... no cropping was done... i took about 10 shots handheld, 8 were blur...Nice! I like how the stem fades away into the background. Did you try a square crop? To get rid of the empty space at the sides?

this one is very impressive... i wonder if that lens will fit to the S5...here's my moon S3 with Nikon TC-E15ED, just 100% crop.
some of these are distorted after resizing... don't use microsoft photo editor....next, "Sunset at Changi Boardwalk"
and next "Sunset sky on Victoria Theatre"
and last, taken inside a cab along Bt Timah.
