Any good and not too expensive 80-400mm or similar lens to recommend?? :think:

I have one, not exactly 80-400, but almost - Sigma100-300F4 and the flexibility of adding a 1.4xTC. You may wish to read my user report here:

Thanks huaiwei for the info. So, for those who had a great time shooting birds on the tarmac and in the air, that was some precious and wonderful fun then. Especially so for those who are rewarded with fabulous pix and lasting memories.

For those who have miss, it is gonna to be like another 3 years wait! :devil:

Haha yeah. I went to the previous one, but lost all the shots thanks to a PC problem. The wait was excruciating, but at least my gear has upgraded quite alot from a consumer cam to a dslr.

I'm sure many of us are waiting for the navy open house next!
