Thanks...the fade off effect is done by using a mask and the gradient tool. I actually use a lot of tools from Scott Kelby. Get his books...its got lots of basic photoshop skills that are really useful

Heya...thanks. AS for the copying bit, no worries man. I myself have adopted the layouts and style from fellow photographers.

Anyways...i think we will evolve our own styles eventually. If my works acts as a start point for some of the forum people, then I am more pleased than upset.

BTW what kind of lens and setting you are using? Do you manually set the white balance?

Thanks guys...for white balance, I shoot at auto WB most of the time. In ballrooms, when using flash, i change to flash WB...=)
