Hi guys,

I had just bought a Rollei 6008 Professional SRC1000.

Was wondering anyone have it and can share which flash you use for fill in?

Is Canon Flash 550 able to use it, and how can I control the correct flash power? (By hand held metering the flash power...only way?)

Or should I get a Nikon SB28 (heard it works well), and how it operate, how I control the power and how I able to compensation the flash fill in?

Thanks

:)

I had the 6008 system before [now shooting Hassy].
A Metz flash with the SCA adaptor is the best way to go as the 6008Pro already have the ability to control flash, bracketing, etc.

Rollei SCA 356? How much it cost and where can I purchase? (anywhere can I get a used set)

As for Metz flash...which model and how much it will cost?

Thx for reply

Hi, I have a Makro-Planar 4/120 HFT for sell ( Carl Zeiss ), condition 10/10
, price S$2,100. anyone interested ?

The Metz SCA356 [please confirm if this is the one for the Rollei 6008Pro SRC] can work with any Metz flash. Which model depends on how much power you need and whether you want a single flash or twin flash unit. Example, the Metz 60 is more powerful than the Metz 45. The CT-1 is single flash while the CT-4 is twin flash [meaning the main flash can be turned to any angle but there's still a smaller flash pointing directly at the subject - so can achieve fill-flash and bounce-flash at one go. Personally, I'd go for the Metz 60-CT-4 because it's powerful and versatile. The Metz45 has the batteries inside the flash handle while the Metz60 has a separate powerpack, so the flash itself is actually lighter and more powerful.
Hope this helps.
