Yes, there is a huge question mark on her character. If this is totally fabricated .. any lawyer will love to take her case and take a run at the newspapers for character assassination - and going by potential earnings alone (depending on how good the lawyer is) .. probably a huge settlement ....

then why din she win?multi linguist....i am always very amazed by them. so talented in different languages.....why? because she can pronounced all her words properly?
Its all about 2nd chances ...
She is young and misguided
She is not the only one, there are more of her around,
Young people who think speaking singlish is 'cool'
Young people who will do anything just to have that designer bag or what have u
It is an opportune time for Ris to turn her life around
and given her 'high profile' status, it is about the only thing she can do
next to crawling into a hole and rot
a good publicist and manager will be able to steer her career from here to higher ground
after all, there are successful 'models' and celebrities who have troubled past
come on Ris .. show us you can do it ..
show us you can come out, admit the errors of your youth and turn over a new leaf ...
and do some good for the national yellow ribbon project while u are at it ;-)

She got 2 chances already wat!
1. She got convicted of fraud, and was given 24 months probation
2. She was given a shot on TV. But she blew it!
IMO, 2nd chance, or even 3rd chance, given to her is not really asking too much ..... since she was young and misguided.
But in our society, there won't be any 2nd chance for a public figure since there are many others who are "clean" and the argument is that why not give the chance to another who has not done anything wrong yet.
So i doubt anyone will give her a 2nd chance ..... so the best advice is "to retire" from the society and reflect on all these, and come back stronger with a proper conviction and stronger personality and maybe in another field. It's not the end of the world for her and most people will forget about all these once she can show us her real talents again in the future.
