Most of us here would have been able to capture these in such good light.
This, the usual angle and the 1 we missed last week for 1st light.

Thanks, Jan. I needed a cleaner image and also a longer exposure. No Filters used. No bracketing. 1 exposure that's all.I like the picture too. But why 100 iso?
Jan
Ya ytd sunrise is awesome compared last week..
Bro, should start yours, sharing is about giving as well as self improving. A friend on this thread once said "not sharing your nice photos is being selfish" haha
You never know who you will inspire next. I will be first to subscribe if you do![]()
Hi, I asked, because at 30 seconds stars could be tracking already. With a 135mm at 4 sec. I have found tracks. From 135mm to 12mm is 10 times, so 40 seconds could be critical. Thanks, Jan. I needed a cleaner image and also a longer exposure. No Filters used. No bracketing. 1 exposure that's all.
By the way, I have found, that I should not trust the DOF scale of the 12mm.
At 5.6 and the 1 meter click, a subject at infinity is not so very sharp.
What is your opinion?
Jan
Thanks, Sanfong.Use the sharpest aperture, usually its two stops away from the smallest opening and focus at hyperfocal length. It should be able to achieve maximum DOF.

I just want an equivalent of about 28mm so these 2 FL would be fit. A 12mm would be too wide. Are you referring to the Voigtlander 12mm?
I see then CZ 18 ZM is the closest. From what I know, Voigtlander has 12mm. I dun know others. Another option u can consider is A12 28mm, its an APSC sensor too.
Many thanks again sanfong. I was at Cathay today, both the Leica 21mmf3.4 and the CZ 18mmf4 fit the A12 module. Now to decide which one.
