The image is strangely quite noisy even at ISO 200 when processed from RAW in Photoshop if viewed at 100%.
Don't know if it's the fault of ACR or not. I have experienced similar noisiness when I used ACR to process the RAWs from other cameras like Olympus, Sony and Nikon. But since DNG is Adobe's own native RAW format, I didn't really expect to see this from the Ricoh GXR's RAW files.

Don't know why it comes only in biege when the camera is black in colour. I would have loved a black one to properly match the camera's colour.

fully agree. the beige color does not really match the cam. There is only one color available, unless we go for 3rd party.
