GXR don't need... it's able to reach almost 3 mins I think without the use of BULB. So I think can liao.

But the RF cams, film ones, you definitely need.

Ya, GXR is 3min manual mode. If you can really shoot that long, you won't see anything on screen or evf
I'll bring mechanical shutter release if it helps.

NEA reports Late morning and early afternoon thundery showers. The last time LP and myself decided not to go for shoot
because it appears to be raining. But that very morning's sunrise was 1 of the better ones!

Even if just got clouds and winds, LE will be nice and certainly an opportunity for some monochromes and some serious cloud movements.

We play by the weather ... if it really really rains, let's have a plan B - i.e. Kopi TIME!

Come to think of it, don't think I have taken any sunrise photo. For GXR don't need any shuttle release right? Just use the timer to avoid camera shake.

Oh .. that one near International Plaza / Amara Hotel. Sounds good, just that I am worried too many morning crowd. Another choice is the same Yakun Kopi at Central. LP, you decide?

Yakun central also can, less quiet can park opposite roadside or even central carpark can do more landscape haha. Let's do that then if no violent objections?
