Can any kind soul advise where can i get Ricoh GR's accessories?

what I found was that during the preview of the photo on flashair, you should let it load totally before saving. Then it'll make saving quicker. If you save while the image is pixelated it will take quite awhile.

Also make sure to keep the camera and phone as close as possible to avoid loss of wifi signal

thats its main selling point - its small and not cumbersome. the more u bring it out, the more reason u have to shoot.

making nice pictures, thats what its all about.

but shooting prime does take some getting used to.

i am on prime with my pentax ... so not much of adjustment i guess ... but the price sure is a stumbling block. would have tot a year old model would have seen some depreciation in the price BN.

No new model, that's why.. Just set aside the budget to buy at the current price, or set aside lower budget and standby for new model...

10 sec is for the largest JPEG size. Normally I will resize it before posting from my phone, and I'll delete the original. Hope that helps.

GR in SG about $8xx now.

With the flashair it's so easy to transfer photos over, can take high quality photos and post on facebook/ send on whatsapp so quickly. Hardly even use my phone camera on a day to day basis.

Just need to make sure not to format the card or it will need to be reconfigured using the toshiba software. Luckily GR has the option to delete a range of photos so easily.

My usual workflow is:

Turn wifi on phone on.

Power on GR in play mode.

Phone will auto connect to the flashair card.

Open the app and all the photo thumbnails will load.

Select photos to transfer and start transfer.

Each photo takes about 10sec to transfer the jpeg over.

Edit photo in snapseed and post online/ whatsapp out.

nvm, i got the gr. working fine with my android phone on the toshiba wifi card.

i noticed a small spot in my photos... could it be dirt on sensor?

can I self service?

my camera is always in the dry cabinet when not used, can rule out fungus...
