Canon 50mm F1.4 LTM/M39 from Japan Got myself a nice heliopan filter to go with it as well, should be next week then arrive :cry:

Oh yea, guys, last weekend, Benny, Bernard, Derrick & myself did a walk around Little India from 12am - 2am I think?

I would suggest lenses faster then F2 & films at least asa1600 for Little India after 12am. Before 12, its lively, lots of lights & stuff but after that, its a ghost town.

Its quiet during that timing, still stuff to shoot around if you have a keen eye. Oh yea, there is sleeze business going on in Little India, so, please try to refrain from shooting the sleeze in full view, the pimps are watching you. We dont want any of our members to get into trouble.

just an update, I've received a green light from AVA to visit the Senoko Fishery Port.

I'll be filling up a couple of forms, nothing serious but just forms to cover up the management's ass on the liability side....

For those going to Senoko Fishery Port, I would need your full details on the night itself to fill up your particulars.

For Senoko, they gave me quite a long name list although I said estimated 6 people.


Oh yea guys. Note that I did not exactly mention that we are there to photograph the place(Senoko).. :sweat: So doesnt mean with approval we go in guns blazing with our camera. Please still shoot very discretely. The place is not exactly camera friendly. Do not block the way of the hawkers!

Please keep your cameras in your bags till we enter. I would suggest the group break up into 2-3 to shoot, dont lump together, we dont wanna have the entire group getting escorted out of the fishery port. If you get questioned, please, gentlemen rules of RF.SG please.


Please could you guys, those interested, please fill up the namelist. For little india, I would suggest breaking into groups as well, its a camera friendly place (just please dont shoot the bapok hookers, pimps are looking) but we cant possibly move to shoot effeciently in a group of 10. Prob, you would have to go in smaller groups & we would meet up later.

There is outdoor parking around laselle.
