Click! has definitely brought customer service to a whole new level! GoPro 3 Silver edition had an issue with the camera freezing on startup. Brought it back to the shop and they gave me a brand new unit although it was just a firmware issue. Definitely a great job in assuring their customers that they care!

I am very sure lots of Bro here agree thus far... you guys provide fantastic service...... very different (fantastic) way of doing things... a departure from the usual you go shop, ask price, bargain, okay price, pay and go.... you guys have set a (higher) standard for the rest to follow.... keep up the good work and I believe many here are happy that they have another fantastic shop to go to.

After receiving a prompt Facebook reply to an enquiry I posted last night from Lynn, I headed down to Click! today. First on the shop and staff, very impressive. Modern design (similar to an Apple store), very spacious layout. The staff there are great, very helpful. Managed to try the 6D, 5DMk3 and EOS-M, along with a couple of lenses. This is something I have never experienced openly in other shops in the past, as they would be a bit apprehensive with you "over testing" the merchandise and not being a serious buyer. Many thanks to Bryan who spent time entertaining me. You guys made a 25% buyer into 100%. The customer service at Click! has no competition.

Happy customer for a NEX-6 and 10-18mm! Great service from Wan Leng, very patient in hearing me out and taking time to explain to me the package details for the NEX-6. She also went the extra mile to call up the Sony dealer to find out about exact stocks arrival date for the Sony 10-18mm lens (even my regular shops don't do that for me) Definitely one of the better camera shops in Funan and hope to visit you guys again!

Was there today lunch time. Service was v v good. Can see and test a few cams. No black face, v accommodating. I was served by Vincent. Saw Richard whose the manager. All v service oriented, and not pushy at all! Nice and warmly designed shop too.

I just got my X-E1 from Click and I am seriously impressed by the service. The pricing was not too shabby either. I contacted them through FB and the price quoted was the same as the cheapest I could find on the forum, when I arrived this morning, Richard was patient, professional and very accommodating, probably the best service I have received from a camera professional in Singapore.

I really enjoyed my experience there today (for the reason that i got to play with all the items i enquired - they offered to let me try without me asking. They have opened body and lens set for you to try and compare. Guess they are like Sony Wisma Atria). Heck, they even let me use their sdcard to take photos and i even compared the photos i took with different lenses on their imac!! U cant get that at sony wisma...

I love Click! Cameras! I bought a sony digital camera from Click! Pricing was better than other retail shops I went to, and the service was FANTASTIC! I think I was served by one of the owners or managers, but he was humble and handled all my enquiries so well! I always recommend my friends to get their camera supplies from Click! and Click! never fails to deliver.
