I am looking for reverse ND grad filters to take sunsets and sunrise photos. Does anyone know where is the best place to get this (Hitech or Tianya) in SG shops? Is there any difference in using Tianya filters? For sunrise & sunset photos, is 0.9 preferred over 0.6?
