Looking for freelance retouchers in order to help me ease the workload and cut short turnaround time for peak periods. As I'm working on a budget, I would only be requiring retouchers of at least of junior level to pre-process my files with regards to pathing, pre-blending layers and cloning work before I work on the final composite. Retouchers coming forward should have adequate experience in working with non destructive techniques like:
Retouchers should also have the necessary hardware to process large document files over 2GB due to working at 16 bit with numerous layers at native resolution of 50MP.
I'm looking to work at a base fee of $30/image with an option for upwards renegotiation for more demanding images.
