I am doing a goodwill for my ex-client to search for a BUDGET Wedding Dinner Photographer. Have helped him in ROM photography, but this time round i am unable to shoot for his wedding dinner reception.
My client is a indian mix. Wedding dinner is held in an Indian restaurant. This is a extremely challenging shoot.
They are easy-going couple but still i need to screen through a experienced photographer.
Min. Requirement:
1) Mid range camera and above with aperture F2.8 or bigger (Wide angle lens, Telephoto lens)
2) Mutual agreement to be signed off stating payment terms, deposit and no-show penalty charges. Photographer holds the copyright to the images and client agrees that they will send any photos to bridal shops/magazines for publication. Neither will they use the photo for monetary benefits including competition.
3) Able to provide contrast, white balance, shadows, hue adjustment for all photos, if required.
4) All good usable photos must be submitted back to client in high quality.
Selected photos edited with special effects - Black & white with colors, zoom burst, sepia, framing, etc). (Original also must be included)
5) No hardcopy required
Location: Near Mustafa Centre
Date: 20 Feb 2010
Time: 6.15pm to 11pm (Latest), however they stated their dinner might end at 12am, but they are willing to release photographer at 11pm.
No. of Pax: 120 to 150 pax
Guest Arrival Timing: 7pm.
There will be MC as well.
As this is a rush, pls provide me the below details.
1) Camera model, Lens Model with aperture that will be brought in (Penalty fees will be imposed if photographer is found to provide wrong spec/lens at the time of photography)
2) Photography Charges (Per event), extended per hourly rate after 11pm. Deposit amount.
3) No hardcopy, all softcopy high quality photos returned (Min of 150 photos in different pose (Burst shot not included)), with basic editing and selected photos with special effects
4) Your portfolio/website, with night portraits if available.
5) Your Contact Name / Mobile No. / Email / List of Avail date & time for meet up
