Most of the time the above applies. But due to bad economy and competition..... changes somethings. And mind you, I'm getting a professional bridal studio to take care of his cousin's listed needs, at the quoted price. No monkeys involved ;)
That's what I'm trying to say.. Better get a full-time photographer.

Eh... what is wrong with part-time photographer?

Kindly share?

IMHO, it's the photography styles I'm looking at for actual day. I did not take into consideration whether he is working full-time or part-time for it.

I'm with ya stand..

Btw,
I've seen before full-time wedding photographers who lobo lobo and slack around till its time to take group pictures..

Even tea ceremony also can become like group pictures..

thanks all for the advice..

I got a few pm advising me to get pro..but I have to admit that budget for my cousin is really restricted.

who doesn't wanna have the best for everything? but one is really limited by budget...

anyway, I need advise on the following..

1) is there a limit on how many photographs the photographer will take during the Wedding dinner?
2) negatives for both studio and outdoor is non returnable?
3) negatives for wedding dinner returnable ?
4) package include development charges for wedding dinner?

or, everything varies with each Photography Company?

just get rueyloon can liao.

professionalism guaranteed. plus quality.

regards

Everything varies.

September is drawing near.

Don't know studio can deliver on time or not...

So far all my friends get the bridal studio to do:
1)gowns / suit
2)Studio / Outdoor shoot*
3)Wedding Car (option)
4)Makeup - studio shoot + actual day.
5)Wedding album - 8R, 10R, 15R, 18R.
*some get another studio more specialised in photography to shoot only instead of the one they get the gowns package.

BUT, ALL of them choose a separate photographer for their actual day shoot.

Why? Bridal Studio might engage:
1) third party photographers which you do not know or view their styles before
2) their in house photographer might be good at studio shoots (control environment) but not necessary good at event shoot.

For me, photo in wedding ablum don't like can reshoot. (I did) But if actual day photo don't like er...how?

So please fix appointment with as many actual photographer to view their portfolio styles, and whether your cousin + bride are comfortable with the presence of the photographer.

Imagine, if the bride is stiff on that day becos of the photographer, how will the pictures turn out?

I'm interested to shoot for wedding and dinner :) I'm offering unlimited digital shots for the actual wedding and dinner. (Or till my 26 AA batteries run out of power)

I'll return all shots on CD-R(s). Am interested. PM me for more information.

well...it's getting complicated huh?

initially, he was offered $2.8k (recommended by my other cousin), but without cars and make up artist for the actual day wedding.

and I was told to help to find a wedding dinner photographer.

now, since his package looks crappy, I decided to post here and see if anyone else can match his demand and budget..

anyway, I am considering tsystem and another CSer's package.
unless the package doesn't come with the Wedding dinner photographer, then I will get someone to help in the wedding dinner ! :)

pm to rueyloon, but no response anyway..

just replied today mah :)

I only do actual day shooting, hence I dunno what's the price for the car, makeup, etc.....

but at least with my package, there are no hidden cost ....

my website is at www.36frames.com

any questions, call me at
